So i just completed every clue in the darkmoon faire treasure hunt quest and i cant open the last chest thats in the water by the shipwreck , does anyone know what to do so i can loot it ?

You won't be able to loot it, it was exploited on a large scale by looting it in a raid group and that somehow cause people to get infinite amounts of tickets. This was Blizzards way of fixing it, just making it not lootable.
i opened a ticket to have the quest completed for me, it took a night to have the ticket answered, but they completed the quest with no problem at all, they know it is a problem
