The mop heirlooms are the garrosh weapons most of which are very good, theres an offhand and a shield that isnt though.
Looks like they fixed the ability to bug artifact weapons but not the ones already bugged

Pretty balanced Until the ~5-10 destiny equipped warriors hits 510 str in full talasite. Bramble still there xD
Memeing aside I agree, really liking the 20s games I played so far. Much less of a “whoeveer shoots first wins” feeling.
