Regarding gearing and enchanting I guess this is consideree BiS:
Hunter: Ungood @ Stormrage - Community - World of Warcraft
Rogue: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/stormrage/Unçool/advanced

The bracers are only available if you started out as goblin, and if you can't get them, I would take Forest Leather Bracers or Black Wolf Bracers :)
