Looking to get back into F2P action

Hello TI,

I used to frequent here all the time, but since early April, I moved away from gaming in general. I still have some pretty geared twinks as well as access to my account, but my experience in PvP and in WoW in general has diminished, I'm sure.

Have there been any major changes? I'm trying to wrap up Cataclysm F2P as MoP will be coming soon. Are the BiS items the same as they were 4 months ago? I saw something about Raven Lord being farmable, that's pretty sexy. Anything along those lines?

BiS is the same( i think), but in mop, due to MUCH higher dmg( Holy shock 1.4K, starsurg 1.2K(Both crits)) , the pvp looms will be MANDATORY, 10% resi+ the 30% Basline resi (from mop)
Hunters are getting buffed/nerfed/idk
Rogues are losing ability, even with 490 dmg evisis( counting bas resi, no armor)
Major changes coming
Healers are getting 3-4X mroe powerful
You can charge in combat
Mages get a aoe at 18
Huge changes to rage gen
Talents revamped
