The serpent set (mail) from WC is prob BiS due to the int from the set bonus. You can also put glove reinforcements (+7) stam on the BoE gloves (scaled).
Otherwise, BG crate gear as you get it.
Get rings with int. Lorekeeper ring from wsg is prob BiS. BG crate ring is the other BiS. Dungeon satchel ring, shipyard heirloom ring, and even (unscaled) argas ring are also solid. Lots of GF'd options here too.
Returning/Defending champion if you've got it over insignia. Maybe discerning eye of the beast.
The speed enchant from your boots and cloak don't stack. Which is fine if you want the verse- but just be aware. You can switch to minor speed to get to the full +12%, or switch the cloak to something else (pvp power/int/stam) without losing any speed.
I dunno much about hpallies and their damage. Guessing you may want an elemental force weapon as well as the +sp weapon if you are using mark of the hidden satyr. Or if hpallies dont use those enchants, look into a diff neck enchant.
