Looking for Active, Supportive, Competitive Twink Guild 10-19

Hello all,



I go by the name Kuanshu (The Realm/EQ/AC) and others (Ninpo (DAOC), Seek (Shadowbane, Warhammer Online), etc...) since I particpated in The Realm in 1997. I have played most of the best MMORPGs since that time. I prefer PvP and have alot of experience. I participated in World of Warcraft open beta in 2004 and since then I have played WOW off and on for years...I was there when Southshore, Stranglethorn Vale, Barrens, etc...open world PvP was stellar. I was there when they first introduced Battlegrounds (Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, Alterac Valley). I have seen alot of changes over the years and WOW remains as one of my favorite PvP experiences.



I am interested in starting anew on any server with a guild that is serious about 10-19 Warsong Gulch Battleground ownage. I am awaiting the changes to come with Cataclysm and will be primarily interested in 10-19s Twink Battleground PvP (When all battlegroups merge). I want to get a head start and obtain certain items (Grandmaster Arena Trinket, Lucky Fishing Hat, etc...(I do not know if they are changing or removing any of these items)) and would greatily appreciate any and all help in this endeavor. Looking to join a good guild that is going to be bringing it when Cataclysm comes out and all battlegroups merge so we have much faster queue times and more competition.



I have had twinks in the past but they got leveled on and eventually removed because of the added experience to Battlegrounds and recent changes. This is a new account with no characters so I will be starting fresh.

I checked there before I posted here and it seems most of the guild recruitment and players are endgame level. I am looking to create characters on a server with a good 10-19 twink guild that is established and plans of reigning once Cataclysm goes live....yes I will level a character to 85 and twink with BOAs on my 10-19 twink to remain competitive. I am simply not interested in the time investment for an endgame PvP player (especially since gear rules the outcome in most cases)....which is why I choose to participate in 10-19s. I discovered this long before many did and started running twinks way back in the day.

Yes but the BoAs at 85 will require guild levels, and you dont want to "end-game" to help the guild get those levels, you just want a guild that does all the end-gaming so you can get your BoAs, is that right?
 
The guild would be concentrated on 10-19 Warsong Gulch dominance...I would most assuredly help them get their BOAs as they would help me. WOW sure has turned this into a grind no matter what level you choose to participate in.....sigh.

Give him a break seems like he has been around MMORPG's longer than most of us.



Although battlegroups are merging and you can probably twink on any realm I suggesting twinking on one of the servers currently under the Ruin Battlegroup. For many alliance twinks after the XP-off system was put in place many of the twinks from Cyclone, Reckoning and a few other battlegroups migrated to Elune. Intially this migration was due to recruiting efforts from Dead on Arrival, one of the larger twink guilds in Ruin but once twinks started accumulating on Elune it was an easy choice to make for a healthy twinking economy. For horde twinks it seems that Arthas has a robust twinking community. I am sure the most competative guilds will be under what is currently the Ruin Battlegroup once battlegroups merge. The guild Authorized Personnel Horde-Elune is probably going to be one of the most competative Horde guilds once cata hits.
 
Oh I am willing to grind but I am not wanting the timesink that can be put into an endgame character...either way I am going to grind I just would rather choose moderate grind over severe grind. I got a life ya know and I have played my share of hardcore gaming...believe me we could talk...



Thanks for the information on Elune. I did have a couple twinks on that server a number of months ago and noticed Alliance was handing ass to horde...but that was at level 49...maybe 10-19s is better...I will create a lil hordie on there and check out the guild you mentioned.

If you want a premier guild Authorized Personell or Waw Tawent on Horde is probably the way to go but they are both a tight bunch that has played together for a while. I would also recommend waiting until some of the dust from cata settles to see what premade classes emerge before you make your new twinks.
 
Hrmm Authorized Personell are a bunch of elitists...wow I laughed myself to almost tears talking to some of their members. I remember playing back in the day when warsong gulch was young and all the good pvp guilds from older MMORPGs were kickin ass...I have yet to see that skill represented in years...Most these kids who only know WOW and think they are eliite are nothing but a bunch of posers. I hope alot of the old school players come back.
