Lookin to farm EPIC BoE from TBC need help to find how.

I've been scouting the AH for Singing Crystal Axe for my level 29 war but then i notice something. The EPIC BoE ilvl 140 has the req level 31 to equip and the axe for level 29 has the ilvl of 35 ( the discrepancy is massive) and i was lookin for something in between . And i fount BoEs that are ilvl 123 and level req is 28 and i was wondering if anyone knows what level need to be the char you farming to get the 123 ilvl EPIC BoE????

My guess is your farmer needs to be Level 31-33 for the req level of the axe to be 28. This guess is based purely off of farming green boes for my 20
Twinks. Would also depend on where you can farm the axe (open world vs instance).

I’ve only ever heard of twinks farming the axe in auchindoun dungeons, so it may be that you farm it with a 29 toon to get it to scale for that toon.

You would want to be level 26-28 to farm the item you are looking for, also in your case the botanica would be a better place to farm.

As I recall, https://www.wowhead.com/item=31318/singing-crystal-axe?bonus=6661 can drop out of any instance; but farmers used to focus https://www.wowhead.com/zone=3791/sethekk-halls . As your farmer would be lvl 31 you have no limitations other than time & will. I'd def try https://www.wowhead.com/zone=3848/the-arcatraz & https://www.wowhead.com/zone=3715/the-steamvault considering it's trash re-farm potential.
