Livingforce Checking In!!!

Blizzard isn't helping at all. I've taken it into my own hands to help out this guild. If anybody would like to help me they can simply start a character on Doomhammer Alliance and help me level a guild to level 2. Thank you.

I have been in touch with Drugs and am donating 250 plus pieces of gear, a ton of enchant scrolls, bandages and about 20k gold out of my personal collection. So really any help simply leveling the guild to level 2 would be much appreciated. I'm also covering the cost of the transfer. I don't play in this bracket anymore but am willing to help out in a time of need.

forgive me, but i just don't see the point. it literally takes a trouble ticket and everything will be fine. like nakedplumber said, account compromises and guild bank theft are really the only things i commend bliz for, for handling well time and again. they really jump on the ball if you mention fraudulent account activity too. if for whatever reason they are unwilling to assist, submit a new ticket. some gms are dumb as hell and simply won't escalate your request.

at any rate, good luck getting reestablished and recreating your guild. i'm willing to help fellow tinks however i can, even if it does mean leveling a toon on doomhammer.

Skanky is doing me and my guild an unfathomable favor with his donation. We are so appreciative. Thanks wisket for your sympathy. As far as ticketing GMs goes, I've already submitted three separate tickets clearly explaining the situation and each time I have gotten the same generic copy/paste response from stupid fucking GMs. They think that because the character was an officer and withdrew gear according to the set parameters there is no issue. Apparently they overlooked the part where IT WAS A HACKER, and TONS OF SHIT was stolen in the span of 5 minutes and then the player left the guild. Seems legit. Fuck blizzard.

Edit: I am thoroughly impressed and proud of all the support I've gotten from the community; I appreciate all of your support so much. It really speaks volume on the community as a whole and I love how we can come together to help people in times of need - exactly what a true community should be like.

bummer man, i guess when the player base goes down in a game, the customer service does too. looks like things are starting to come together though. good to see the forum isn't just full of trolls.

Can you explain to me what I said that was so far fetched you're willing to call it a conspiracy theory?

It doesn't take much for two random scrubs, who just happen to widely disliked by the majority of the bracket, to decide to take advantage of a situation in a way that has a negative impact on other players. Most people who are legitimately hacked would show at least SOME level of distress about it. Enough distress to take 5 minutes and call Blizzard to get their account locked and things straightened out. You would think Livingforce would be worried enough to make sure this hacker didn't level his characters, which Blizzard is not guaranteed to be able to de-level, even in the event of getting hacked.

Willix i know livingforce very well. he's been an officer in ls ftw for months and has not once had an ill thing to say about the guild. the primary reason this is definitely not livingforce or his brother is that all the money in LS FTW's bank was donated by livingforce himself. no sense in robbing your own money. over the past several months living has donated something in the realm of 60-80k to LS FTW. compared to this donation, stealing around 10k worth of items/gold is simply absurd.

Tickets with the word 'hacked' in them get elevated immediately to the hacks team. If you open one in game it's typically answered right away.

Considering people have been posting screens of the hacker's activity on these very forums, Livingforce could have easily opened a ticket and uploaded all those screens at the same time, giving a GM everything they could possibly need to straighten things out.

He could have done it in ~5 minutes, regardless of how long their response times are.
