There was a pretty limited amount of stuff we could get. Probably not.

Of note, the Honorable pennants require 110 to use. They don't even appear in your collections tab if earned on a character lower than 110.

And Zoom! is confirmed possible re: @Fat Al and @Goatnut

Wowhead is wonky on archy. A lot of stuff that can be earned <500 they still list at 500 for some reason.
