I would imagine that it is because certain people want to challenge everyone, and not only one single person. Maybe said person wants to challenge someone who doesn't have a guild and therefore is not a guild master, hence the "real id premade".

Btw if the end of your post is directed at Bios I am serious about games and at this moment in time ready to field a 9v9 team. I (and the guild) also have intentions of being fully premade ready in just over a week.
