atm cap is at 26% so no.

I meant balance crit out. Hit can be capped while having some crit too.

I think you miss the point obvious of my gear set. I hit cap that toon for talent specific spells while maintaining the max amount of spell power . Stam and crit rating are like adderall . They help you if your retarted but they aren't needed.
