Librams in 3.1

I just got my fishing hat today and have a Libram of constitution, but really need to know if in a month that will just go red. I have read here about the leg and shoulder enchants going away for sure on PTR, but only seen speculation about the Librams being thrown in that mix as well. Anyone on ptr know for sure?

It's true that a lvl requirement for librams was added in on the PTR, but honestly, nobody really knows yet wether any of these changes will go live. If you want to play it safe it can't hurt to wait and see.

As Ramune said, it's neither been confirmed 'nor denied, but on the PTR they do require level 50, and if it goes live I guess 59 twinks are the only ones who will be using Librams, and 60 twinks get the Leg Armors (and Naxx).

Well, PTR is just a PTR right.

Now one really knows if it will go live.

There will always be a little speculation on this, although the Librams wouldn't be much of a big loss as legs armors, it will still missed by some.

if it was me, i would just use it on the hat. it can't hurt to use it until 3.1 comes, and who knows whats going to happen with 3.1 when it goes live.

The thought was more, do I sell it now for the 400-500g they are going for on my server, or use it. Considering I am sitting on 7k on my main, I think I will just use the sucker and give it a last hurrah!

no you won't need another hat, because the base stats on the hat won't go away, just the libram enchant you added will be flagged red/inactive

I'm also pretty sure you could get a GM to remove the enchant for you.

If it was me, I would put the libram on and just enjoy it until 3.1 hits. The worst thing that could happen would be that you lost the 100 HP, and its not like its a waste of money if you use it for a few weeks/days.
