Also you can get the +3 stam +3 int wand from WC, but you won't be hit capped (Unless you swap your cloak for the hit one, but you'll loose stamina on that). Not sure if there's another chest piece which provides more stamina, but I reckon it would be a worse pick.
Edit: Furbolg Medicine Pouch matched with a decent stam MH could work, but then again.. Hit cap.. You want it... Above anything else.

Pouch with Night Watch Shortsword - Item - World of Warcraft gives 14stam, and 22int if you chant it with that. He is asking for a stam build, maybe its for FC'ing when all the other players are mid fielding or 800HP'ers.
Dual AGM + LFH + 225 Minning will give a nice load of stam.
Like startruck is saying though. . You want to hit cap.
Good way to hit cap, as Alliance, is Ello's Band, Keeshan's Dagger and Spidersilk Drape. Or if your happy to down hit pot after hit pot then go with that.
