Zeconvie @ Al'Akir - Community - World of Warcraft there you go, that dude is bis (he only got 1 niffle equipped but I assume he's using another niffle for second wep slot.

Also, why does it matter if the DK is high rated or not?

Edit: Change gems/enchants to whatever you prefer.
