LF Help with F2P DK

So, it just came to my attention that I can create a F2P Death Knight, I thought I couldn't but I can. How do I go about getting the level 40 mounts to link to my level 20 twinks?
Does it just involve finishing all the starting quests?
How long will this take?
Is there anything I need to do specifically and is there anything I should know before setting off on this grind?

Ty for any responses, I am an idiot with these things and I feel I would probably screw it up.

Yes aII you gotta do is make DK of the faction with the mounts that you want, get through the starting zone (1 and a haIf - 2 hours), and go buy them at the riding trainer and Iearn them - then you can use them on your IeveI 20s

If you want the panda mounts you gotta get exaIted with pandaren doing dungeons

I made a DK on my F2P account, but then deleted it shortly before it was grandfathered

You should still be able to create another one.

Note: Since F2P DK still have the 10g limit, buy Rune Thread (can be purchased from Fester) with some of the quest gold you earn during the grind. There can be quite a selection of lvl40 mounts from each faction, so make sure you work around the gold limit to buy them all!
