Something like those, a mix of the two; personal preference being:
• Legit hit cap or having the 0.01% miss
• Having a little more health+resil
• Having an on use trinket
• PvP power is the same in both but you can go full retard if it makes you happy
Personally don't think having the 4set brutal is worth the damage loss since fury damage is kinda balls and the only classes with a disarm at this level (rogue, monk, warlock, warrior) are scarce. You're most likely going to be facing a prot paladin or shadow priest in arena so you might as well be able to kill them right? D:
Additionally having the 2 set tier 6 is kinda pointless as well as execute hits ridiculous and if it doesn't kill anyone that is at >20% health it means that your partner isn't purging their shields or you just missed. The main bonus of it is the strength and secondary stats, however it lacks any stamina.
EDIT:
Execute damage, was in shit gear and had the 100% more damage with crits buff so it's around 15k with I think 1300attack power I had at the time

Depends if you wanna roll with tazik or not, if you are go full retard on PvP power gems, get the tier6 4piece and go for the one shot. Otherwise probs just better to roll with same gear as a fury/arms warrior just with a shield and fist wep.
