As far as I know Kale is the only person to succesfully have p2p looms on an f2p char, and hes pala. You should post in the 20-24 bracket tbh, I bet someone there has a 20 p2p druid with f2p restrictions but p2p looms (if that is really what you're asking for..)

lol but srsly on topic: Idk if this is a smart catch to try and snitch/report on a f2p that exploited his boas, but like Adal said earlier, just click on any f2p druid armory (mine below for example) and imagine the leg/helm/cloak on him. that will give you BiS

Just look at a p2p bis list in the 20-24 section. (Expect the list to change as 5.4 drops, in 5 days) Asking for help about exploited items from a linked paid account in this forum is going to get you alot of QQ/Trolling/Flaming thrown your way.
