Leveling neck

Anyone got any tips for speeding up the process, or is it just doing IE's?

I found the mission table to be the best, play to 119 do al your foothold pvp missions to unlock your followers and then do the ap missions while ur offline

Necks are being autoleveled to lvl 35 in patch 8.2 apparently. Do not know if that has a quest/level requirement to do that.

No, you have to be 120 to unlock the heart forge, I've already tried to abuse this on the ptr. No luck.

At 110, Horde twinks have just been farming IEs to level their HOA. Of course, do the faction assaults for extra AP, but IEs are the most consistent.

As, far as I know one Horde twink has made it to lvl 50 neck:
