Leveled past 20 with no game time

Unfortunately there is a chance that u still gain XP straight after ur sub ends.
If u had logged out, waited about an hour and then relogged back in, u would have been right.
Technically I’d say it’s a bug, as u should no longer gain XP, but it has happened to lots of people on this site.
If u have been warned, I’d suggest don’t bother them any further.
U may need to take this one on the chin and move on. Sorry I don’t have a better response.

Yea I feel you on that but I'm at the point where they ban me. I feel that blizzard just hates twinks. Ill just make a new account. This is not the first time this happened. But this time I feel it wasn't my fault so I opened a ticket and most likely not going to stop untill they fix or I'm banned.

Damn, that sucks hard! Your Monk is(was) awesome. I'm certain I saw u 2 or 3 weeks back in some bg's and the reason I noticed was your Monk was tearing some new behinds.......
DPS was almost on par with my Huntard.....
That is a real shame. Sorry to see him leveled

After reading your GM conversation, I'd probably recommend the following.
- Wait a few days to let that ticket and GM conversation die
- I'm sure you did this but, make sure you clearly state that you are a veteran status only account and stress that this is a bug in that your game time ended, and starter edition restrictions took place, including the visual indicator that "Starter Edition Level Cap is reached" was present. and you thought it would be safe to engage in EXP gaining activity and then stress that you gained experience and leveled even after this visual indicator of starter edition restrictions was in place which is obviously a bug.
- Be super nice and disarming/ apologetic - play ignorant.

Damn dude, I actually remember your Monk. I'm pretty sure I saw you on multiple BG's and also may have played with or against you in arena skirmishes. That's sad, the character really lived up to its name. If you can't get the issue solved, I wish you the best of luck on your future twink!

I made a 20 on an account with gametime, turned its xp on and transferred it to an expired account. Does anyone know if banked XP will level me up if I want to pay for more gametime to get more gear in the future? or is banked XP not a factor here

banked xp only affects F2P and not veteran accounts

I also had an issue where, with game time, I could not turn my experience back on, because the option was not available and I also wasn’t visually flagged XP OFF. To solve the issue I had to quickly join a dungeon group then leave group, joining the dungeon group caused the system to flag my character as experience off to the others. Only after my experience off debuff became flagged visually next to the in-game mini-map was I able to see the option to turn my experience back on.
