Level one hunter

You should really get a BAR with 20 haste on also. Remember 2x1 haste trinkets. Other than that it looks nice. You should make some movies if you really get this hunter up, if their any good ill consider uploading it under our channel. I'd have a 2h with 20 haste and one with 25 agi and also a pair of gloves with 10 haste and a pair with 15 agi. I'm a fan of sets. 7 Agi on boots also, but I assume it wouldn't be a very valid enchant unless you're going for some max critting. Oh and get haliscan pants or something, 10 more armor. Herb and skinning.
 
Stained Shadowcraft chest is better than Haliscan.



6 stats = 6 ranged ap

4 stats = 4 ranged ap + 3 ap from SSS



So you actually gain 1 ap (with the loss of a 2 agi worth of crit) plus 1 hit



I run my hunter with the Staff of Jordan for the hit, with 25 agi on it....with haste on gloves. You could flip that and go 15 agi on gloves and 20 haste...but I like10 agi over 10 haste...regardless, you'll get more DPS outta haste/agi then stacking one over the other.



I've always thought the BAR as fail Bog ... strength is worthless for hunters since it gives melee AP and not ranged, 3.25% hit > 1.86% crit, and resilience will help against a crit if you get melee'd ...



If you'd rather have the crit, you could use the Dignified Headmaster's Charge as well ... I think it looks cooler than BAR.
 
Aight. Tbh I'm thinking of getting 20+ haste on a normal weap as a start, since otherwise I'll have to do HC's for weeks, just to get another enchant, and the stats aint THAT important. And yeah chubs, I thought of that too, that's the reason why I picked the staff.

And yeah, when I'm done I might make a movie, could e fun :)

Chubs, you could go with the mace in stead. But you can't have 20 haste on the staff. That's my point. Staff all the way if it was possible and yes hit > crit.





Btw. How much hit does the staff give? 1 point = 2.6% if I remember right. The thing with hunters is that there are no abilities to cap, besides the meele. But with feathered arrows and rapid shots it's not worth using it unless you get close.

The hit works for ranged abilities too, (I guess) and then you wont have to waste as much arrows and time when you'r hitting targets that's like lvl 15+.

@ m0l1n - I did mine troll for crit bonus ... he doesn't pvp, he's just background dps in raid scenarios ... whenever I'm bored with the rogue



@bog - if hunters could use 2H maces ... then the lava dredger would be OP :)

Yes it gives 2.6% ... so you can grab 7 hit rating (5 boots, 1 chest, 1 staff) ... the rest of the stuff...i didn't realize or know...
 
Troll for PvE Tauren for PvP as a level one hunter no doubt, war stomp would be your only way to get distance and since no speed boosts exist you can just keep running as long as you don't jump you'll stay ahead of them, Troll for PvE because berserkers damage out put is fucking insane especially if you have say 30 haste you'll be shooting about 4 arrows per second with zerker up.
 
Aight, I'm just gonna PvE since dueling aint fun after like a 100 ;p and I'll have my 10 paladin so that I can do WSG's and such :)



But there's still a question left:

BAR with counterweight and agi on gloves.

Or

Grand Staff of Jordan with 25 + agi and 10 haste on gloves.

For PvE that is :)

BAR with counterweight, 10 haste on gloves. Just make sure you are using feathered arrows. You have no global cooldowns to worry about, so you can just be a machine gun. Ofc, carry a pair with 15 agi too

The thing is, one of em has to be better than the other I guess, mby good for different things. And I cba to get like 200 emblems for a little project ;p I might do it tho, but then it'll take time since I'm one of those HC haters :p.

Anyway, I think that I'll get the staff with agi first, and then if I can be arsed I'll get BAR with counterweight too :)

I made a troll hunter twink, with +10 haste gloves, +20 haste wep and berseking using [ITEM]Cadet's Bow[/ITEM] i think it was .33 speed

Vermon that has to be bullshit. I had 0.55 speed on my BoA bow with 10 haste on gloves, haste trinket and 80 haste from drum and Røsk had like 0.33 atk speed with warchief's blessing, trinkets, drum and glove chant. That was meele though, but I'm pretty sure it works the same way



10 haste + 20 haste = 30 haste = 78% haste

78% + 20% (berserker) = 98%.

100% would make a 2 sec Cadet's Bow shoot at 1.00. I don't see how you could turn that into 0.33
