Hey This is my frost dk in his current gear. I was wonder what I could get that would make me better or if I was good to go. Also could you rate him like on a scale of 1-100 or 1-10 or something. Thanks!

Looks good to me if you're running pure Cata gear. Finish up your Alchemy at the very least so you can get your epic trinket. Also get rid of that 115 Medallion of the Alliance .

In terms of rating, you almost have all of the gear. I'll take off 0.5 for each of the trinkets (PVP/Alchemy), and 0.5 for not having epic gems (yes I'm slightly nit-picking now).

I'll list you as a solid 8.5 rating. Get a mix of PvP gear as well if you don't want to be blown up when focused.
