level 70 twinking made easy in MoP

With MOP, 70 bracket will even get more balanced than ever cause of the resilience change.

we need to see how this resilence change will affect our bracket, i only hope that healers will not become like unkillable god with 65%/70 reduction dmg while dps will not able to wear pve gear anymore. If this will happens i think will be the end of our bracket
