Level 70 Druid Twink Seeking Advice

Hello, my name is Dylan and I am starting a twink. This twink is a Tauren Druid on Caelestrasz and will be main spec Restoration at this point and time. I would like to know your guys' opinion on what offspec I should go and what is BiS for Restoration and Balance/Feral (as offspec).

It shall be updated regularly at this point and time until am BiS and maxed with my professions.

if you are twinking, then you prob dont want to suck. That said, go Bkin/Rdruid. Your gear will be similar and both specs are OP in the 70s bracket atm, you will only be disappointed if you suck.

A note on ferals: They can only kill any healing class every 3 minutes with cooldowns, outside of that they can't kill any healing class, never mind healer.

Boomkins: Incredibly easy to play and pretty op right now.
Restoration: Even easier to play and also quite strong right now.

Boomkins got awesome pressure and alot of dmg, they even get buffed in 5.2.
