It's not really highly unlikely as all you need to pull someone's ip is their skype username.
But I agree, blaming random dc's on ddos is kind of ignorant.

I don't know about you but not everyone and their mother has my skype name. I would assume people would be smart enough to give their skype names to people that wouldn't ddos

As for obtaining someone's skype username, It's all about asking someone that you know who might know that person.
Any given person in the bracket is rarely more than 2 'links' away from your own network.

Paladin is absolutely the best tank as of current in all dps, selfheal and survibility aspects.
