Its not about the ladder its about 70s who arent playing for the ladder and who are playing for it. If they face everyday premade groups like this. They wont queue rnd bgs = less queues = less 70s in the last pvp segment

Doesn't matter if the 79s are premading with 70s or not, they still end up in the same BG, on the same faction.
