I try not to use any BC gear. I'm mainly resto. I also have T1, T2 and my feral set is meh (chardev of my feral set: Feral I hope it worked.).
Talent, glyphs, enchants, gear changes?

Are we rating this as PvE gear? Because you have zero Spell Pen and my rogue would 2 shot you with that much health.

Well although it may be honorable to not use BC gear, you'll be one in a million who is honorable.
You do have a WotLK gem in your Relic, a few Enchants that I'm fairly sure were not available back in Vanilla, you also have no spell pen.

What I recommend is trading in your nobility and getting some BC gear, it is very noble of you but you really are better off with BC gear.

Spec and Glyphs seem fine.

Precisely. Survivability is at a premium in this bracket, having a Natures Grasp resisted or maybe a Faerie Fire versus rogues, will be your end.
