level 30 raiding? gear item level bugged

says all heroic gear from ICC is 220 item level at level 30 for me anyone else have this bug? doesnt show on my main but alts it does

It does that if your in a chrome time. But you can’t enter the RAID in CT. If you bug it and party-sync with someone in CT once your I. The RAID all mobs are 63 . I haven’t found a way to loot the gears.

How did you party sync while in the raid to enter?
