F**k it, I can't help my self...

Yes, I believe you're right here. Kiri, would you help this guy.

I'm not sure I can, I dont see how its any debate that sp > fsp if you want a bit more survivability

Only thing I can add is that it drain life can be useful in circumstances, I use it a lot after the last incenerate(i know its gonna kill the target), while its in the air to get the extra dot tick, rather than wasting last conflag.
Also if used after u pop the hp inc trink + dark regen, you can sometimes keep yourself alive till a healer keyturns, and sees your in trouble ;)

Also is that endgame pve talk ?

I'm Terribly Confused

also :

On recount, I am in the top 3 every battleground. And always top dps, and damage done compared to other warlocks.

dude, recount!

out of, what ever it was that killed the pussycat, what rotation do you do as destro for your max opening dmg in pvp setting`?

It's situational. If I am trying to kill someone running with the flag, it used to be conflag, conflag, drain life. Now conflag x1, immolate, conflag. Destro apparently no longer has drain life.

If I am killing a healer, immolate, spam incinerate until the health is around 40% or so and pop 2 conflags. You never really have a "rotation" it's a cast priority. Which is situational.

So now the bad news:

Apparently, we not only lost drain life, but unless it is a bug, we lost fire spell power, arcane spell power, frost spell power, etc.

Having not noticed any +fire stat increase listed, I did a little playing around, and un-equipped my staff. My spell power dropped by exactly -(staff intel + staff spell power = total spell power) with no change noticed for the decrease in fire spell power. I currently have a bug report open at blizz.

The good news is, now we get chaos bolt at level 10. We have lots of time to cast that, since we are basically unable to cast and more anyway.

I'll add more regarding fire spell power as I find out from blizzard.

Edit:
Still nothing from Blizzard Support. God, they do like to pass the buck, don't they?

So basically, I have found nothing about 29 warlock twink gear and enchants in WoD. This is what I've come up with, except the staff, the enchant is kind of expensive to enchant over before hearing from customer support.

I'm not rlly sure what your goin on about, but as to rotation, try when at a healthy range to do incinerate->immolate->conflag instead, if u use imp use /petattack with incinerate, that dmg will be harder for a healer to do react to, whereas incinerate spam isn't

I'd say chaos bolt is very situational without backdraft, I don't think I will use it many situations other than when my team is already dominating or when u get that perfect fear at 3 embers with no1 else around

I'm not sure what part is confusing you.
Immolate = dot = extra dmg for healer to contend with
incinerate = spam until healer is at 40%
conflagrate x2 = instant cast = dead healer.

I'm not trying to kill them with incinerate, just get them to 40% health where the 2 instant cast will close the deal.

and you are right about chaos bolt, I rarely use it unless I have time to just sit there and fire a couple off.

Now, perhaps we are in disagreement because we have different play styles. My play style is burn down the healers then cherry pick the dps. OR... charge into a pack of enemies, unleash ungodly damage on the healer, so they all have to stop chasing the flag carrier to stop and kill me. As crazy as it sounds, this actually works. They would rather let the FC cap. This is in the 20-29 bracket, and I remember reading a post on here that players in this bracket aren't usually very skilled in strategy. Like to let a FC go to kill one warlock? Seriously?

BTW check my toon now, and pm me what you think. I'm not thrilled with the pvp staff, but I don't want to overwrite the sunfire until I have word from blizz that fire sp isn't being added to sp.

Aye must be playstyle I rarely feel like incinerate spam is effective, without some added burst also standing still for 2 long is just to juicy a target for rogues and ferals
Might just be me tho

give it a try vs a healing class sometime. You basically want to surprize them with the POW at the end. Druids are notorious for shape shifting into deer form and running with tail between legs, healing and running back. Blasting them with both barrels (2 instant casts) drops them before they can run away. Priests are pretty much the same, you want to make them waste fear, and bubble, then smack them in the face. Well that's how I do it anyway.

As for standing still.. LMAO.. omg ROTFLMAO!!! That is something I have been complaining about for years, our inability to move and attack. IDK why, it seems the Devs just have a real HATE for warlocks.

I finally got a useful reply from a CS rep! Special thanks to the rep for actually looking into this and taking action. I wish all blizz CS reps would do this.

The issue was with the lack of +arcane and +fire spell power using the sunfire enchant. It currently is not being added to spell power. Here is the reply:

Hey there Gary

I see you have some concerns about the Sunfire enchant. As an enchanter myself, I know how long it can take to get this enchant, so I did my best to try and get to the bottom of this.

So far, can't find any information that this was supposed to be removed or anything like that. It appears it was bugged during the stat squish. So I made sure to submit a bug report so our Quality Assurance team looks into this.

You can help by submitting a bug report as well so we can get as such information as possible. a well detailed bug report goes a long way in getting these fixed up!

Thanks again for hitting me up. If you need anything else, feel free to contact us again!

Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Not only do these enchants give a nice bonus to people that work to get them, they are also a nice income supply for enchanters that went and did the work to learn the formulas to make them.

OH... and just an FYI... it is important to note, you can now access both factions AH items from any AH, horde, alliance or neutral, as long as they are on the same server. (merged servers count as being the same server. Misha / Rexxar for example. This gives much better access to rare and hard to get item enhancements. BOOYAAHHHH

.....I'm not gonna bother

Additional information:

Apparently, after testing today, the +type spellpower enchants are working and adding to dps as intended, even though they are not showing in the statistics screen as they did previously.

I had to buy a pair of white quality gloves and enchant them with fire power to test, but it showed a 13 dmg per strike increase, when using the enchanted gloves vs no gear at all. (gloves had no stats other than +4 armor)

So although I would prefer confirmation on the stats screen, the enchants are actually still working.

UPDATE:

The Arcane and Fire power are now correctly showing up on the character info panel under spell power section.

It will look something like:

spellpower 700
arcane power 725
fire power 725

Issue resolved!

I believe elemental force now is the best enchant for almost any dps class?

I haven't tested it since WoD came live. But I can say, that just prior, sunfire let me burn down 2 restro druids standing side by side cross healing. The idea being get them down to half health, and burst 2 instant casts on them. If they had just stuck to straight spam healing, I probably couldn't have gotten them, but they tried to fire off dps as well, and that's what killed them.

I haven't had much time since WoD came out for playing my twinks, since I had a few mains to level, hopefully I can test this further in the near future. The fact that now the spell power is being displayed correctly should help greatly though.
