The set bonus doesn't work, much to my chagrin.

I'm beginning to think you got extremely lucky (or I am extremely unlucky). I looted 44 chests so far, and no Essence Focuser.

I stand corrected -- I got the Essence Focuser at 52 chests. I averaged 5-6 chests an hour (especially in Zangarmarsh, which seemed to have the best chest rate) when on just my 20, and double that when flying myself around on a paid account.

Oh you just didnt list it in the new adds but ye i see it on the site now. Figured you missed it for the Aguas ring which is also a BfA epic not a legion epic like you listed it.

I think there is a chance for us to fix it.
I sent the ticket to GM and they said they don't know anything about that problem.

The Twin Stars set works but isn't anything special and it's super rare. I'll still add it for those who want to farm it but don't get your hopes up.

Both pieces give 14 int, 10 secondary stats. A set of ilvl28 BoEs with socket gives 6 int(with 2x 3int gems) and 50 secondary stats.

You're trading 40 secondary stats for 8 int. Depends on what you like but considering jewelry is only reliable source of secondaries it's not worth it in my opinion.

Yes, this is bad as 24 ilvl, but the question was about the level requirements and possible 58 ilvl version.
How exacly that item's level requirement works and does it even exist for this item?

I would like to put a quick mention to the item vendor in townlong steps, at longying outpost.
The vendor there sells ilvl 28 armour pieces that can be rpetty decent stop gaps while farming other pieces.
