By broken, legion gear is scaled to ilvl 44 with OP stats for the level
Level requirements are still in place, I tried to enter Old hillsbrad and it said "must be at least 63 to enter) so it's still showing old numbers

Can you take the portals in the main cities? If any of the TBC dungeons would be updated for 10s yet, it would likely be Ramparts.

it’s stuff like this that’s good to know because i bet it doesn’t get changed. I can’t imagine anyone but us is going to level through multiple xpacs and think “man the gear here is really over tuned, better tell blizz”

One of ours went to the wow forums prior to us getting northrend enginerring. Asked everyone to put in reports because northrend engineering was going to kill low level pvp. Blizzard hot fixed it less than 12 hours after it dropped. I remember missing it on my 19s due to being at work.

What's the situation with warmode in regards to level 10s? Are level 10s able to enter the world in warmode?

You still dont get talents til level 15 so no they cant do warmode sadly

15s seem cool too, there are these items called "relics of the past" where you can scale a few pieces of gear to 15 and ilvl 23 https://shadowlands.wowhead.com/item=180055/relic-of-the-past-i
