That's your best in slot for a level 10 druid if you don't want to faction change



And, Respec to balance, it is much more viable at level 10

First of all, 20 Resillience can be used on Formal Dangui, and who wouldn't spend a bit of money to get BiS gear. -- 22 resillience sorry.

do you mean 22 dodge? the 22 defense rating worked and was changed to dodge recently.
