I believe you have to use an armory for Masked Armory to even work. And level 1's gear does not show up on an armory.

I had a "legendary" lvl 1 twink, i had most of the "rare" items and i was sick in my opinion.... but i was on Outland EU horde and i didnt know another lvl 1 twink.. so hes gona now... you will be missed Oboy... <3 forever in my heart!
