Level 1 hunter bow enchant?

Hey all, I've been away from my lvl 1 hunter twink since MoP. I was missing her so I decided to see what was new. With no two hander anymore I attempted to put +25 agility onto the bow. (As it's our new two hander.) I got no luck with this.

So, is there no weapon enchants for lvl 1 hunter twinks anymore?

Implying your using a heirloom weapon, you should be able to throw an end game scope or a weapon chain on it iirc.

Living steel is gone but you can still use Pyrium Weapon Chain.

I first tried a scope but that didn't work. I then used the pyrium weapon chain and that worked as stated. I almost think the +40 hit (putting my hit rating somewhere in the 135% range) will make up for the lost 25 agility. At least against higher level targets where I was missing most my shots anyways.

Is there a scope that does work? The Pyrium Weapon Chain works fine and is great for hit but for PvP I may want a scope.

Lowest scope available is +1 damage, and level requirement is 5 if i recall.
