I am still working on mine for the Wuv does Level 16 movie (which is why I am stuck at this level) and its just brutal, I did Zangarmarsh last night and it took forever, awful.

Do one night a zone, get some one with a mammoth to carry you around, if you some how get into trouble, make sure their a paladin for bubble, stupidly insane instant damage and heals.

 

[Evade]

All spots in Northrend can be accessed by foot except for 3 spots in Sholazar basin.



For me it was really easy. Only real pain in the ass was Storm Peaks.
