From what I tested it works in every zone in every timeline, even in DF dungeon

I got it epic Agi and stam stay at 6 and crit Goes 1 up and goes to 9

A few of the previous under ilvl 47 like some of the WoD ones, these got a slight boost with pre-patch of TWW, some WoD ones are worth a re-check /possible re-roll with new toon scenario, and these jumped to ilvl 84 for the most part unless epic proc'd then popped to ilvl 89

The Toy Windmill was one of the ones that was previous knocked down a few ilvls around Shadowlands pre-patch.

Pro: With the 15 minute cool down it makes for a good "Hail Mary" to help even the playing field when you're a level 20 in a BG with 29s, usable only once per BG.

Con: Since it's an item you have to save for an emergency I rarely use it because I always think "but what if I really need it later".

in a BG with 29s we do need it all the time, but i'll just bend over and die

I guess the other con with the trinket is the stats on it are pretty bad compared to other trinkets. It's a bit of a trade off for sure.

The Toy Windmill activation appears to be buggy lately, it use to engage the nearest enemy now it hangs around?!

Yeah I noticed that when I used it during time walking dungeons.

didn't you noticed that you need an enemy that attacks you to make the windmill brrrrrt. ofc if you play dd in a dungeon and the tank keeps aggro your windmill will stay calm like a fluffy cat

With ooze and this trinket, seems like int and agi classes are well covered if they run up against difficult bosses/mobs and need a nudge. Are there any str trinkets that may show promise?

Just go legacy loot and grab an ooze for your str class. Only drops for int/agi dps specs so holy pally is out on the table.
