Less horde than ally?

this is a flip flop issue based on perception. i play both factions, IMO...both sides are suffering. i'm seeing it in 3 guilds, players are doing the same thing i'm doing and have have benched gimped classes. alot of players do not want to reroll because rerolling, is painful. it really sucks to get a perfect twink and have them trashed by blizzard. now with flying above the arena, AGM's are a total nightmare to obtain, even with 85's helping. had a fight go on so long that the chest actually despawned. no one got anything. paying $$ to go to low pop servers and then transferring back is not for everyone.
 
Time of day has a lot to do with it as well.

The chest does not despawn if no one loots it. Someone must of looted an item from it. That's whichever sides fault that had someone open it.

Yeah, I agree. Ive seen posts here on TI indicating that people were having average wait time estimates of 45+ or even unavailable while other people were getting 5 minute pops. I don't think the BG merge properly takes in all people when making the battlegrounds. There are a LOT of horde twinks out there. I try to look and see if anyone I remember playing against is on the other side, and usually there's a fair amount of different names...
 
Que individually. Works way better from what I have noticed. In addition, you will probably get thrown In The same BG with your mates if you que roughly the same time anyway.

And wrong, it does not despawn until the next chest is dropped.
 
how the hell did you work that out Pizza? i have had a game master confirm the despawn after 10 minutes, on my realm at least? (EU side)
 
Yeah I'm with chill, i have seen it despawn after 7mins while 80s(back in wrath) fight it out

I got an [item]Arena Master[/item] on my third 19 Hunter a couple of weeks ago around 5:30. That's a good 2 and a half hours after it dropped. This was on a low populated server. I have a screenshot of when there was only 40 or so players online across the whole server (1-85), Alliance side.
