EU+US Legion tier list?

So what's up guys, just wondering if someone has put some time and effort in a tierlist for legion?

Also, what are you gonna play in legion?

Put MW on the bottom for heals is all I know. #gutted for low levels, toolkit-wise.
Everything else totally up in the air because we literally have no idea what low levels will be like. They aren't unlocked for beta testing.

We don't know about all this dumb no-stat ilvl gear people are collecting or whether it'll be useful, we don't know what stat templates(and therefore damage/healing numbers) will be tuned like.

Gunna play Ele and Resto at 19, thats all I really care about.

Don't care about the template for either spec, just gunna do my thing.

We'll have a better idea in the next 45 days probably.
