Is it just me or did anyone else notice that Outlaw spec for rogue doesn't have sap. Im assuming that's an error?

Outlaw has ambush but doesn't have sap
sub/assa don't have ambush but have sap
also assa is now the only spec that can use poisons

It's only good at really low hp, but if they remove the tank debuff in PvP it could be viable

Which they may. Many tanks are complaining at endgame that they can not PvP with one of their specs and gear.
