Legion Remix best lvl 20 twink OP method

Blizzard tried to stop twinking in remix, but luckily they don't know the game. There is still one way to be extremely powerful, even better than in Pandaria. You just need to create a monk. I think this is the only viable class by far because of Touch of Death (scaling with HP). I'm literally one-shotting bosses in heroic dungeons with 170% hp of normal dungeon boss after maybe 14 hours of gameplay. In Pandaria, I think it took longer to get to this point, maybe 22 hours. And a really great thing is that they added raids for level 20, and I think it's realistically possible to get to the point where you can one-shot raid bosses in ~70 hours of gameplay. This should be possible as they have ~6x the HP of HC dungeon bosses. One great thing is that after killing a boss, all cooldowns are reset, including Touch of Death, so you can one-shot another boss right away with no waiting time. You couldn't do that in Pandaria Remix, so there is big potential. In the dungeon, the tricky part is that Touch of Death has a 3-minute cooldown, but there is an ability that gives 1000% cooldown regeneration for 3 seconds, so you can skip the 30-second cooldown. There is also a weapon talent, the last one before you reach level 80, that gives another 100% cooldown regeneration for 10 seconds. Combining these two abilities gives you a really powerful thing. I don't know exactly how it works, but it gives you 90 seconds of cooldown reduction on Touch of Death, so now it's only a 1.5-minute cooldown. You can run to the first boss, one-shot him, use spells to skip the 90-second cooldown, and run to the next boss. You have a super large amount of health, so you don't care about trash. Just run to the next boss. You can attack trash while running, and after reaching the second boss, you should have another Touch of Death. For the third boss, you should have your spell cooldown ready to drop your Touch of Death cooldown just before the boss. If the dungeon has a fourth boss, you need to kill it manually, which is much slower, or just wait ~45 seconds. If you want to use this strategy, start with the tank weapon, as you need to complete quests to unlock the others. They're not very long, but this will save you time. Do the repeatable blue quest from the dragon and complete the normal dungeons repeatedly. Tank is the most OP because it gives you 45% stamina. Also, remember to use the item that gives you a 4% stamina boost. This buffs does not scale additively with your artefact stamina percentage buffs; it scales multiplicatively, which makes it overpowered. Take the class talents that give the most speed, such as Tiger's Lust and increased roll distance. You can also skip the cooldown, making it even more powerful. That's all I can think of. :)

Hey Google, paraphrase this page please

Blizzard tried to shut down twinking in Remix, but fortunately, they don’t fully understand their own game. There’s still a way to become insanely strong — even stronger than during Pandaria. All you need to do is roll a Monk. Right now, this seems to be the only truly viable class because Touch of Death scales with your HP. After around 14 hours of playtime, I’m one-shotting heroic dungeon bosses with about 170% the health of a normal dungeon boss. Back in Pandaria, reaching this point took closer to 22 hours.

What makes it even better is that raids are now available at level 20, and it’s very realistic to reach the point where you can one-shot raid bosses in roughly 70 hours. Raid bosses have about six times the health of heroic dungeon bosses, so the math checks out. Another major advantage is that killing a boss resets all cooldowns, including Touch of Death, letting you immediately one-shot the next boss — something you couldn’t do in Pandaria Remix.

The only catch in dungeons is that Touch of Death has a 3-minute cooldown. But with one ability granting 1000% cooldown regeneration for 3 seconds, and a weapon talent (unlocked just before level 80) adding another 100% for 10 seconds, you can drastically cut that downtime. Together, these reduce the cooldown by around 90 seconds, bringing it down to just 1.5 minutes. The rotation becomes simple: sprint to the first boss, one-shot it, skip the cooldown with abilities, and move on to the next. Your massive health pool means you can ignore most trash mobs on the way. By the third boss, your cooldowns are back up; for a fourth, you either wait ~45 seconds or take it down normally.

If you want to use this strategy, start with the tank weapon, since you need it to unlock the others. Do the repeatable blue quest from the dragon and farm normal dungeons. Tank is broken right now because it gives you 45% extra stamina. Don’t forget to use the item that adds 4% more stamina — it stacks multiplicatively with artifact buffs, making it extremely strong.

For talents, focus on movement speed: Tiger’s Lust, increased roll distance, and cooldown skipping make this build even better. That’s everything I’ve discovered so far. :)
