When I get on later, yeah. I'm pretty sure they have the same stats as the boas.

Screenies of the weapons. I assume it's because Fury warriors can only dual-wield two-handers now, and got sent these just in case you had one-handers equipped.

Actually, yeah. My 100 warrior had the same axes in the mail, but at 655 ilvl.
