I think they could be a welcome change to lower level brackets if they are obtainable at this level. Could lead to a lot less bursty games with such a short CD and a 12sec uptime.

Since potions share a CD, I can't see these as being overly game changing in bg's. Why would people want to pop an Invisibility Detection pot which leaves them unable to pop another pot for 1m, where as I'd see the extra DPS / DPS reduction pots being more useful. I'd say the Invisibility Detection pot will only have a few useful applications, maybe on flag defence etc.
For me, it's the closest I'll get to Beastial Wrath All I gotta do is pop a extra DPS pot, pretend me and my pet just turned red and start growling and blowing up my target
