EU+US Legion Gear Question

Old twink here, just came by to see what all had changed in the last few years (ended sub sometime after the beginning of WoD and periodically off and on from BC). Just saw the FelFire and other Legion items on some people. Is that stuff grandfathered already? I have a feeling I missed a massive patch.

its not like the gear even really matters that much.. the stat difference between my hunter and a nongfed one is pretty negligible

just pick a class that plays itself, thats what this expansion is all about

even at 110

Wouldn't really be bothered about missing out on the gear. Full bg gear + high ilvl items will land you a pretty similar result.
