Since high item level gear will increase stats in bgs/skirmishes egineering gear is going to be BiS.
Im using the bonus armor neck piece because it is going to be changed in to versatility. The only thing my hunt is missing is http://www.wowhead.com/item=19979/hook-of-the-master-angler which is 65 item lvl.

I hear those trinkets wont be viable for pvp use to boot ilvl, anyone else one hear that?

Nope, tabards don't contribute, so I'm told.

Im not sure if we can reach the breakpoint as 20/29 hunters anymore?
Though i dont know how high it is at 29 but id imagine its about 51 or so looking at 19s breakpoints?
