I'm hit-capped from wrist/gloves alone, and the stats are better on Hierloom legs

Due to the changes in hit rating, these leggings are only really good for specs that still need spell hit cap, and ONLY if they aren't getting the hit from someplace else already. The trade in stats (hit for haste + crit) is not exactly worth it otherwise.
