EU Legacy raiding guild

Hi,

As legion has reached the state of not being so much fun anymore i'm starting my third legacy raiding guild, (did one in mop and one in wod). Both times we started out in vanilla and continiued on when C'thun died to 70 but this time we're skipping the 60 stage of it.

So how does this work.

We will recruit until we are 15 players, the reason being 15 is that ideally we want to raid as a 10 man group but everyone wont be able to come to every raidnight so instead we will be raiding with 10-15 players, but still keeping the group relativley small.

The rules we use have been and will continiue to be:
- How you get yourself to 70 doesn't matter, you can use heirlooms/raf if you want, but you have to start a new character at the server we're playing on.
- @ 70, you delete all heirlooms/items that above ilvl 115 and can't buy item over ilvl 115 from vendors/AH-
- No professions except for first aid.
- No boost what so ever, you gear up for raiding by doing 70 dungeons/heroics.

We're currently recruiting:
Rdruid
Rshaman

Prot pala
Prot warrior

Shadow priest
Mage
Warlock
Rogue
Dps warr
Hunter
Raidtimes will be thursdays/sundays maybe mondays 19-22
The project will continiue to 80 when KJ is dead.

I might be interested in that. Just got 2 questions. What Server and Faction are we talking about? :=)

lol
you delete all heirlooms/items that above ilvl 115
Or you just don't equip items if they're above that ilvl?

Also 15 people is way too much for pmuch any lvl70 raid. Even 10 people is a lot for the majority of raids, and with the right gear it's just overkill even on the hardest bosses TBC has to offer.

Also, because I'm curious, what's the point behind recruiting specific specs? The only thing you want at lvl70 is max damage; utility is irrelevant on pmuch every single fight.

As a fun side-note: I hope you know that the Mage is gonna do like 20k burst DPS in ilvl115 while the rest of the group will be sitting around 4k at best.

Ye thats pretty much the point, not equiping them. 15 ppl will by experience in fact not be overkill in a progressive state of gear and the reason behind specific specs being that it really sucks throwing away gear that people can't use and reason playing this is fun.

To answer your last statement, that, again, why we recruit specific spec and don't stack mages.

Worthless input btw

Your experience appears to be tied to people being bad.

If players are even remotely experienced at the spec they're playing, you only need maybe 5 people to clear the lower tiers in ilvl115. Have fun steamrolling raids with 15 people though.

reason playing this is fun.
Should probably let people play whatever they feel like then? :)

Sounds fun and all but its just rly not worth playing 70 anymore imo, its dead lol (whole wow is dead tbh)
