EU+US Leg Enchants

I see Daddywompus has Powerful Ghostly Spellthread on Leggings of the Fang.

I knew if my high level alt added this to Heirlooms like Tattered Dreadmist Leggings they could mail them to 20s to equip like I did with Twïnkle, but Leggings of the Fang are "Binds when picked up" - how does that work?

Could anyone explain please?

I always feel like i'm the only one that's willing to explain this.

1) Get a high level toon. 2) Run the dungeon with them. 3) Have them loot the item you want. 4) open trade window. 5) Place item up for trade. 6) Use enchant on item. 7) At 95% of the enchant cast bar click trade. 8) profit.

I have also been advised as follows:

"You need 2 accounts, and an active sub on both of them. Get the Leggings to drop on the vet, trade them to your main, open trade, start putting the kit on the Leggings put them in trade, accept trade on the vet, wait until the enchant is about .1 second from completing and trade on the main. It's enough time to still enchant them while trading them due to lag. You can use a castbar addon to show where the cast time is compensated due to latency. It shows as a red zone at the end of the cast bar where you still successfully cast a spell without cancelling it, ie casting a pyro blast at 2.8 seconds even though it's a 3 second cast. It's from lag, and alot of twinks hate it, but then again a lot of twinks love it."

you can have someone else do it for you. its easier and more convenient .
