Leg and shoulder ench (Rogue)

Has anyone figured out the best enchant for shoulder and legs?

Serious though, my enchants are bis for rogue at 19 all scale and work, chest is questionable

Shadowleather Leg Armor (3 Agility and 2 crit) vs Icescale Leg Armor ( 3 Attack Power and 4 crit). Icescale Leg Armor seems to be better?

If i look at wowhead, Icescale Leg Armor for 19, it says 4 attack Power and 3 crit, ingame it says 3 attackpower and 4 crit. What does Shadowleather Leg Armor say ingame?

If you want pure DPS go Icescale Leg Armor - Item - World of Warcraft

Otherwise i think you might want to consider Frosthide Leg Armor - Item - World of Warcraft
