Lazy of me... BiS 10 Warrior?

If anyone has a link to their warrior, I'd love to see it! Just leveled up my first warrior and will be using him for some duels and solo PvP, then off to the battlegrounds.

Thanks!

Horde or Alliance?

what spec are you wanting to play?

Look up Bamfcow. Although i think he is protection spec'd since it's generally the best way to go at level 10.

Does any1 agree w/ me that there is too much troll on 10 warriors being "dead"? I mean, just because they lost Hamstring and a minor damage reduction, doesn't mean the class is a dirt sandwich. They're still high capably of defeating most classes at 10 and beyond. (especially with heirlooms <3)

level 10 warriors have never been "dead." Since combat ratings came about they have and always will be the premier melee class. The problem is that they roll over and die to ranged classes since they have no snare at level 10.

A good mage or hunter can simply kite them forever. Warriors were the solution to the rogue problem back in the day when rogues were then what hunters are now. With the shift in power they still make great tanks and can reach ridiculous avoidance and mitigations totals, but, they really aren't good for damage unless you're doing a dedicated premade and they have lots of heals.

Warriors used to be unfair. Think from a hunter's point of view. Can't get ANYWHERE at all.

Up until about mid BC, Warriors were never unfair, especially for a hunter. Enti's was unfair. Resilience stacking is unfair. Level 10 warriors only easy win was straight up melee classes. And if you knew how to play your rogue/warrior properly, you could often beat level 10's. I made fotm level 10 warriors /afk with my level 19 warrior. Not my fault other level 19's couldn't figure out how to do the same to my level 10. The rogues that mindlessly ran in thinking they would get a free kill found out quickly that you couldn't do that and expect to live. Once a skilled player learned how to beat them it was a tough match up. The problem was that terribad rogues dominated the bracket, much the same way hunters do now and they were very vocal in their complaints about how "broken" level 10 warriors were. It simply wasn't true. Those players could have improved themselves. Instead they qq'd until aviodance was nerfed.

No big deal, because I still handed them their asses by re-gearing and moving to 2handed melee crit (before and after enti's.) I ran around in a dress and staff and the only classes that could out damage me were warlocks and hunters. Don't confuse that with being able to be beat though. I essentially had to max stam and used runes fo greater warding non-stop just to stay on an even playing field with the best twinks in the bracket. We'd often have games that went longer than my hour long rune of warding lasted and I'd spend a half hour in inferior gear, but still holding my own.

All ranged classes still caused level 10 warriors fits. You have to remember that these were the days of warlocks chain fearing you and hunters with more solid pets and better abilities. Resilence only reduced crits and dots. Level 10 warriors punished fotm rogues that plagued the bracket, and that's about it. Good rogues were still needed so the competition stayed at a high level. As much as people complained about level 10's then, they really owe a lot the the handful of us that played them since we were responsible for promoting class diversity.

Now all you in 19's see is paladins, hunters, and druids. This is the worst twinking has ever been.

level 10-14 is actually a pretty well rounded bracket, but, all the hate that came from bandwagoning level 10 exploiters turned a lot of people off to making a level 10 twink. So, no pops. Hunters would still dominate and if a lot of people started playing, it would be difficult to police resilience stacking, until it got fixed, if ever.

My level 10 still hops on for world pvp in level 20-30 leveling zones and ranged classes still wreck me, but, I can hold my own vs melee.......which is exactly what a warrior should do.

if you don't like not having a snare, make another class for non melee classes. easy as that.

The last time I saw this much baiting from one person, I was fishing with my uncle.

You're just as bad at it as he was.

all im saying is if youre complaining about not having a snare, do something about it, make a diff class

WTF

Please point out where I was "complaining" about not having a snare at level 10. Certainly times were easier when level 10 warriors had Hamstring, but, pre-cata vs a good hunter it never really mattered.

Just because I state the facts doesn't mean I'm complaining about them. If you're taking it that way, that's your fault. Maybe don't be so butthurt about the hunter hate that anytime someone mentions them, you think they are complaining about them.

I was perfectly happy with the state of level 10's pre-cataclysm. What ruined them was broken resilience ratings and bracket splits. Everyone lost abilities so I can live without hamstring at level 10 because it never really mattered before vs ranged classes. They are the rock to my scissors and I'm cool with that, because I've got a edge vs other melee (they are paper.) I'm fine with parity and it actually exsists in level 10 bracket.

When you're ready to man/woman up and apologize..........I accept.

Just posting to say it's good to see you still play level 10's fochixi, you where my inspiration for my old, unfinished level 10 warrior twink.
