Has anyone seen this thing drop after patch? I have yet to see it on anyone, I am now exalted on THREE factions on my brand new 19 gnome priest and I have yet to see it. I am ONLY doing Deadmines.. =/

Umm, I cannot remember 100% since I was on my rogue but I'm pretty positive it dropped in 4.03 and I even considered rolling on it for the hit rating. ;P (Note, this was my 15 twink I was making).

Ditto, i've done 23 Deadmines runs since 4.0 dropped, and I've yet to see one..

Anyone else on ruin unable to get a lfg group unless you have a tank with you? It's not just that it can't find a tank, when I scroll over the lfg it doesn't show a dps either, been in queues for hours....nada.

Yes, 100% sure they drop in Deadmines in 4.0.3.
