EU+US laughing skull mask transmog

hello guys im not to sure on how to get laughing skull mask transmog now in 7,3 so if anyone knows how to get it / knows if i cant anymore could you tell me please . i got told i can get it on my 100 and transmog on my 20 if anyone knows hit me up i have gold

I personally haven't heard about anyone getting it on a higher level toon and then getting the item added to the wardrobe for lower level characters. Maybe I could be wrong?

Get the mask on a lvl 110 for example. It will be added to your wardrobe.
Now go get revered/exalted with laughing skull on your twink via farming the pet or buing medallion of the legions.

the thing is thats gonna cost me like 500k + or somthing stupid becuse i dont have a 110 sadly

500k is not that much these days due to all the gold inflations.

You dont need a 110 to do it. All you do is just level a toon. Now with legion, you just get WoD for free if you don't have legion.

You'll need to buy medallion of the legion.

You'll need to be ported to dreanor (to use them) and you'll need a high level toon to buy the masks.

Unless you can find a way to get apexis on a lowbie again.
